ST Poly Conduction Processing Technology

Achilles’ ST Poly uses a conductive polymer (polypyrrole) with electrically conjugated systems.

It evenly coats and compounds on the surfaces of a variety of materials and shapes, preserving their conductivity.

Special characteristics of treatment with ST

  • The conductive polymer makes conductive “super-thin membrane・ transparent” possible
  • No bleed or drop out preserves clean, stable conductivity.
  • Flexible enough to be used with a wide variety of materials and shapes
  • Possesses outstanding chemical characteristics such as low outgas, low ion contamination, and is silicon free
  • Can be used in a variety of post processes such as lamination, printing, adhesion, etc.
