In order to provide customers with products and services that completely satisfy them, we approach “functionality, comfort, and operational support” with total dedication to technical innovation, building our products from the customers’ perspective.
For example, we give our customers’ opinions equal weight with technical product evaluations, and this is reflected in our products. We put our accumulated knowhow and track record to maximum use in creating functionality that preserves optimum clean room environments, in minimizing operator fatigue with comfort, and by supporting operational management for our garments through the use of IC tag systems. These are just a few of the ways in which we satisfy even the smallest of our customers’ desires.
At Guardner we don’t simply make “products”. We also want to deliver “operational support” through the use of IC tags and “after-sales service” based on our evaluation tests. And, when it comes time to dispose of our products, “recycling systems” to complete the total operational cycle. Crafting products “with our customers” is imbued in both our products and follow-up operational support.
We give shape to our customers’ needs and deliver reliable quality. And we support our customers’ technical strength by providing highly functional garments. This is both Guardner’s mission and its source of gratification.
